Hi everyone! My name is Dionne and I am a Naturopath and Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner with the mission to educate and empower those striving for more out of life. One of my biggest LOVES has always been food and experimenting with new recipes and where better to post the best ones but here. This blog is aimed at sharing some helpful facts about nutrition and natural ways to improve health and well-being.
